ROASTED PEANUTS

DESCRIPTION:

Roasted peanuts are the fruit of the peanut plant (Arachis hypogaea); these kernels undergo a roasting process where temperature and time parameters are carefully controlled to achieve the desired organoleptic characteristics. Screening and aspiration operations are then carried out, followed by packaging to preserve the organoleptic qualities throughout the product’s shelf life.
